A proper lock install helps make sure of all this. We only fit locks we'd trust on our own front door — no flimsy hardware that jams or fails on the first cold morning.

Fingerprint — fastest way in day to day, no code to remember or share. Most models still keep a keypad or key as backup.

Will it work on my existing door? Most standard doors are fine — we'll check your door type and existing hardware before quoting to make sure it's a good fit.
What happens if the battery dies? Every lock we install has a backup option — usually a physical key or external power terminals — so you're never locked out.
Can I give guests temporary access? Yes, most app-based locks let you set time-limited codes or access for guests, cleaners, or tradespeople.
Does it connect to my smart home setup? Many models integrate with Google Home, Alexa, or other smart home systems — we'll set that up as part of the install if you'd like it connected.
